Chef Belladonna

3rd Deviation ... I'm getting there everyone   ...Again it's RWBY related  

Description:
So the character in the drawing is known as Blake Belladonna who is part of Team RWBY along side Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee & Yang Xiao Long. Her personality is reserved, rather cool and often has a serious expression though from time to time she has been seen to let her iron armour down. Other facts include:

• She loves books as she is seen constantly reading, which reflects her reserved nature.
• She is a Faunus (half human with animal trait), more specifically a Cat Faunus. This can be seen given her cat-like traits such as her eyes and more importantly her cat-ears which she covers up with a black bow to hide the fact that she is a Faunus. 
• Former member of the White Fang, an organisation made up of Fauna that holds a grudge upon the human race due to the discrimination of their kind. They are known for their strong beliefs, violence and strong hated towards humans.      
• Her weapon is called Gambol Shroud which has 3 forms - Sheathed - The cover acts as a cleaver, Unsheathed: Hidden within the cover lies another blade much thinner and more deadly, Transformable: She can fold the blade to become a blade-gun. Along with her ribbons, she is able to use her weapon like a sickle.                  

Artist's Comments:
This FanArt is different from the rest of the RWBY FanArt(work)... The difference is clearly visible through the fact that she is wearing a different outfit compared to ones seen in the show. As such, I have utilised my love for the Incomplete Art Style colouring in only parts of my artwork to make certain areas stand out. In this case, I have done this through her alternate outfit which consists of a purple/pink Chefs hat, apron and ribbons. For this, I have used Staedtler colouring pencils. for the hat I used the colours shaded pink, pink and white (in that order), For the apron I decided to give it the effect of colour transition as you look down from purple through to pink. The colours used (in this order) purple, shaded pink, pink and white. Lasly was the ribbon which was done using pink and white. 
The rest of the drawing was oulined, as always, with my trusty HB-Mech pencil and shaded using a mixture of H and 2B pencil.
